I’m a Vancouver-based creative director, graphic designer, content creator, and social media and community strategist with 10+ years of experience across gaming, esports, and digital media. I lead creative direction for the Kansas City Pioneers and oversee community, social media, and creator partnerships for RESPAWN Products.

I started building my craft in the summer of 2016. At 25, I’ve already spent more than a decade developing my skills in graphic design and content creation, with gaming and esports at the heart of my work.

MY WORK TODAY

I’ve spent a lot of that time working with gaming teams and creators. These days, I lead design projects, create graphics for events and social media, and help manage the communities around the brands I work with.

I still make my own content as Syth, too. Whether I’m working on a YouTube video or a graphics package for an esports event, I enjoy being involved in both the design and the content.

Kansas City Pioneers

Aug 2025 — Present

Creative Director

Oversee creative direction and design production for the Kansas City Pioneers, leading a media team of designers and developing the organization’s visual identity.

  • Create branded assets for sponsors, esports teams, and the wider Pioneers brand.
  • Design social media graphics promoting Rocket League, The Finals, eNASCAR iRacing, Apex Legends, and Call of Duty: Warzone teams and events.
  • Lead a team of designers in maintaining the brand and developing ideas for current and future creative projects.
  • Produce creative assets for brand events and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Led creative direction for the Soccer Capital Gaming Experience at Sporting Park, an in-person and virtual event celebrating the World Cup and bringing gaming to the world stage in Kansas City (summer 2026).
  • Created the graphics package for the Pioneers x Kansas City Chiefs Game On! in-person and virtual event (October 2025).

Led creative direction for GGLimitless for three years, producing social media and esports graphics as well as YouTube thumbnails.
